Connect your Google account to read recruiting conversations, prepare and send reviewed Gmail drafts, and schedule interviews using Google Calendar. Where enabled, optional Google Drive access lets you select files to import into Ladder.
Ladder helps organize recruiting information and uses AI to assist with research, summaries and drafts. Recruiters review results and remain responsible for hiring decisions and communications.
